SB MexiAfrique LLC, based in North Plains, Oregon, operates this website. Contact us at info@mexiafrique.com with questions about this policy or requests concerning your information.

What we collect and why

When you send a wholesale inquiry, we collect the business name, contact name, email address, optional phone number, business type, estimated monthly volume, how you heard about us, and the message you provide. We use them to respond and discuss your business inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services that process information

Wholesale forms use Netlify Forms when this site is hosted on Netlify, or Formspree on other hosts. The active provider processes the details submitted in the inquiry form. Netlify privacy policy · Formspree privacy policy.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the website and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us, email info@mexiafrique.com. We keep information for the purposes described here and as needed to handle business records and applicable obligations.

Third-party links

Product purchase links take you to Amazon, which handles purchases under its own policies. Instagram and other linked services also have their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.

Newsletter signup

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and which part of the page you subscribed from, so we know where signups come from. Signups are currently received through Netlify Forms and read by us at SB MexiAfrique LLC — they are not yet managed by an email marketing service, so there is no automatic confirmation or unsubscribe link. To be removed, email info@mexiafrique.com and we will delete your address. Netlify privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate website usage statistics. It does not use cookies to track visitors. Plausible data policy.
